Galeno was born in Ponce, Puerto Rico, April 9th 1937. When he was 18 he moved to Brooklyn, NY. He lived there for 11 years before moving to Cypress Hills, NY in 1966. While in New York he worked as a printer and in the construction business. He moved to Deltona in 1987, where he worked as a custodian for Volusia County Schools until 1997.
Galeno has been married to his wife Priscilla for 45 years. He is the father of 5 and has 11 grandchildren. He loves to garden and build planes and go carts for the kids.
Galeno loves to help people. Nothing bothers him he loves to joke around and laughs a lot.
